Inside each apricot pit is a seed. These apricot seeds are as fresh as possible. Dr. Clark recommends you break open your own Apricot pits in order to have fresh more potent seeds. Do not crack the pits ahead of time, the seeds will lose their potency. Do not store the pits in the refrigerator.
Place pits in a zippered plastic bag, and then another zippered bag and using a using a hammer or a rock crack open the pits to reveal the seeds. Carefully remove the hard outer shell and discard.

How Many Should I Eat?
Most experts agree that you should eat about 10 to 12 apricot seeds per day. However, seed size can vary. Kernels from California are larger in comparison to South African kernels; therefore, it is best to weigh the seeds (at least at first until you get an idea of the average sizes for the correct dose). The weight you should aim for is 7 grams per day.
