Coffee Enema
THE COFFEE RETENTION ENEMA
When used as a retention enema – an enema that is held in the body for a specified period of time, coffee does not go through the digestive system, and does no affect the body as a coffee beverage does.  Instead, the coffee solution stimulates both the liver and the gallbladder to release toxins, which are then, flushed form the body.

A coffee retention enema is quite helpful during serious illness, after hospitalization and after exposure to toxic chemicals.  This enema can also be used during fasts and detoxification cleanses to relieve the symptoms sometimes caused by the induced release of toxins.

Procedure

To make the coffee enema solution, place 1 quart of distilled water in a glass pot i.e. (vision ware or corning) and add 3 tablespoons of ground tablespoons of ground organic coffee.  Do not use instant or decaffeinated.

Boil the coffee for 3 minutes uncovered to release toxins and oils and then simmer for 15 minutes covered.  Cool to a comfortable temperature and strain.  Add enough distilled water to measure 1 quart.  (You will have lost about 1 cup of water during boiling).

Place the quart of solution in an enema jug or bag.  Lubricate the end of the insertion tube with olive oil or vitamin E.  Do not use petroleum jelly or personal lubrication products.  These are toxic.

The best position to assume when receiving the enema is ‘head down and rear up’.  Release the valve on the tube into a sink, to allow any air to be released.  Close the valve.  Insert the enema tube and release the valve.  Continue to push the tube as far as it can go, as this will prevent leakage.  You can close the valve at any time if you feel too full, and massage your abdomen.  Move onto your right side and try and hold the enema solution for a t least 10 – 15 minutes.  Don not roll from side to side.

Do not be concerned if the liquid is not expelled after fifteen minutes.  Simply stand up and move around as usual until you feel the urge to expel the liquid.

During times of convalescence or detoxification, you may use a coffee enema every day.  Do not exceed 4 weeks without a break.
